During week one of photography, I was given a camera and told to capture the spirit of Korah at our annual east west football game. My goal was not to make people look good in these photos, but to capture intensity in the gold and brown colours of spirit wear, on people's faces, and in their actions. I loved the contrast of the dark night sky with the yellow and gold of the creative t-shirts and capes people wore.. our school colours are vibrant and bright and I wanted to take full advantage of it. One of my favourite photo's featured Jordan Avery and Mike DiBerdino, standing infront of the roaring crowd, waving their arms and pumping up the crowd. I think it captured a perfect expression on 2 senior student's faces as they used everything they could to get the crowd cheering on their colts.
